**Dr Julia Finch – Billing Fees**

Fees apply for all patients. Reduced fees for Pension Card Holders & Concession Cards, including over 75 years of age. DVA card holders will be billed as per DVA arrangements. 

**Dr Camilo Guerra**

Fees will not apply for children under 16 with a valid Medicare card. If 16 and above consultation fees will apply. 

All Concession/Health Care Card Holders reduced consultation fee will apply including over 75 years of age. DVA card holders will be billed as per DVA arrangements. 

**Dr Ted Green**

Fees will not apply for children under 16 with a valid Medicare card. If over 16 and above consultation fees will apply. 

All Concession/Health Care Card Holders reduced consultation fee will apply. Fees will not apply for over 75 years of age with a valid Medicare card. DVA card holders will be billed as per DVA arrangements. 

**Dr Craig Shearing**

Dr Shearing is NOT taking new patients however, all current patients of Dr Shearing will be bulk billed. 

DVA card holders will be billed as per DVA arrangements. 

**Dr Pratima Singh**

NEW PATIENTS – Fees will not apply for children under 16 with a valid Medicare card. If over 16 and above consultation fees will apply.
