Did Not Attend Fee
A patient who fails to attend a standard (10 minute) consultation will be billed a fee of $50.
A patient who books a Long (20 minute) consultation and fails to attend will be billed a fee of $80.
Please note fees do not have a Medicare rebate and must be paid before your next appointment. Fees may also increase if a patient DNA multiple times.
Dr Julia Finch – Billing Fees
Fees apply for all patients. Reduced fees apply for Pension Card & Concession Card holders, including over 75 years of age. DVA Card holders will be billed as per DVA arrangements.
Dr Camilo Guerra
Fees will not apply for children 15 and under with a valid Medicare Card. Consultation fees apply for children 16 and over.
Reduced consultation fees apply for all Concession/Health Care Card holders, including over 75 years of age. DVA Card holders will be billed as per DVA arrangements.
Dr Ted Green/Dr Pratima Singh
Fees will not apply for children 15 and under with a valid Medicare Card. Consultation fees apply for children 16 and over.
