Deb’s professional journey began with completing a degree in psychology, followed by two years of supervised practice in child psychology, occupational rehabilitation and general practice. She has spent her professional career working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, adjustment disorder(s), sleep dysfunction, emotional regulation difficulties, identity instability, communication challenges, complex and chronic medical concerns and trauma.
